Abstract
SEVERAL compounds which exhibit phytokinin activity have been reported1–7. Current interest in the isolation of this group of compounds indicates that a rapid technique for the detection of low concentrations of phytokinins would be useful. This communication describes such a technique and reports various aspects of transpiration stimulated by phytokinin.
