Read data sets in b and c were aligned against RefBeet. The GC content and the amount of aligned bases were computed in sliding windows of 500 bases shifted by 100 bases. To reduce the amount of data points only chromosome 1 scaffolds 1 (Bvchr1.sca001, 8 Mb) was plotted.
