D 1:{a1a2, a2a3,…an−1an, b1b2, b2b3,..bn−1bn,…} for the molecule on two adjacent frames in the same τon; Dk:{anb1, bnc1,…dne1…} for the molecule on two frames exactly separated by a τoff (n is the total number of frames in one τon, and the value should be different for different τon). (b,c) The autocorrelation functions of the distance sequences (D 1 (b) and Dk (c)). The solid line in b is the exponential fit with decay constant of m=1.7. The m is the index number in sequence.
