BALB/c mice were divided into the ITP group (n = 8) and the Control group (n = 8). A Blood platelet (PLT) counts were performed using an automatic blood cell counter on Days 0–8. ***P < 0.001. B The serum level of IL-17 was detected using ELISA. The percentage of Th17 cells was measured in splenic CD4+T cells from mice using flow cytometry.
