Nesfatin-1 decreased the phosphorylation of ERK1/2, ubiquitination and degradation of IκBα, and nuclear translocation of NF-κB P65, leading to downregulation of ASIC1a expression. Acid-induced (Ca2+)i elevation was suppressed, andoxidative stress, inflammation, and apoptosis were inhibited.
