Increased expression of ABC-transporters in ICEC0942- and THZ1- resistant cell lines. mRNA levels of ABCB1, ABCG2 and ABCC1 were compared in MCF7, MCF7-THZ1R (a) and MCF7-942R (b) by qRT-PCR (error bars = SEM; n = 3). ABCB1 and ABCG2 protein expression were compared in MCF7, MCF7-942R and MCF7-THZ1R by immunoblotting (c).
