PRDos (blue), IUPred long (maroon), PONDR (orange) predictions show that the carboxy-terminal 40 residues (aa 256 - aa295) have a strong tendency to be intrinsically disordered, whereas ANCHOR (black) suggests that last 15 amino acids contain a protein-protein interaction site.
