Overweight/obesity: BMI for sex and age >85th percentile; High adiposity: percent body fat for sex and age >85th percentile. Tests for interaction between growth trajectory and LGA/AGA status: P < 0.0001 for overweight/obesity, P = 0.0003 for high adiposity.
  2. LGA large-for-gestational age (birth weight >90th percentile), AGA appropriate-for-gestational age (birth weight 10th–90th percentiles).
