NOX5 promotes ESCC progression in vitro. a, b NOX5-overexpressing KYSE30 (a) or KYSE410 (b) cells were treated with 100 nM dasatinib, 1 μM PP2 or control solvent, or scramble control or NOX5-silenced KYSE30 or KYSE410 cells were cultured under normoxic and hypoxic conditions for 3 days.
