A Visualization of BS_Turquoise, BS_Pink, BS_Midnightblue, and BS_Grey60 in prenatal fetal cortex as well as in the BO datasets. PCA was performed to calculate the module eigengene on the BrainSpan and then applied to each BO dataset. Each dot represents a data point, while the line connects the median value for each post-conceptional week (BS) or differentiation day (BO). The same analysis and visualization was applied to BS modules with a decreased expression along development (B) or with a non-monotonic behavior (C).
