Representative images and statistical analysis of U2OS cells expressing GFP-GALT RFP-LC3 cells treated with torin (300 nM), oleate (500 μM), SQ1, SQ2 or SQ3 (10 μM) for 6 h. Quantitative analysis represents the number and area of GALT1+ Golgi structures per cell and the colocalization of LC3+ and GALT1+ structures.
