Hierarchical clustering of RNA-Seq data (A), identifies differentially expressed genes between the parental and resistant clones from three mouse SCLL cell lines. GSEA analysis (B) identifies genes involved in regulation of cell death within the heat map in (A). The fragments per kilobase million (FPKM) from RNA-Seq for Bbc3 in the different cell lines are shown in (C, above), which were consistent with the RT-PCR analyses of the same cells (C, below), both showing downregulation of the Bbc3 expression levels in the resistant cells compared with the parental (WT) cells.
