A Western blot was used to evaluate levels of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in Ruxo-treated ATC cells (8505 C and KHM-5M, 0, 40, and 80 μM, for 24 h). Quantitative analysis of Bcl-2 and Bax by densitometry are shown as Bcl-2/Bax ratio. B Flow cytometry was used to determine the distribution ratios of red and green cell populations of Ruxo-treated ATC cells (8505 C and KHM-5M, 0, 40, and 80 μM, for 12 h). C Flow cytometry was used to determine the ROS level intracellular 8505 C and KHM-5M treated with Ruxo (0, 40 and 80 μM) for 8 h. Histograms of corresponding mean fluorescence intensity are shown. D Confocal laser was used to observe the co-localizations of Cyto C with the mitochondria in 8505 C and KHM-5M cells treated with Ruxo (0, 40 μM for 8 h and 10 h). Data are shown as mean ± SD for n = 3, analyzed by one-way ANOVA using the Holm-Sidak method (A-C). *p < 0. 05, **p < 0. 01, ***p < 0. 001, ****p < 0. 0001.
