A HSPA13 protein levels were determined in HCC cell lines and a normal liver cell line THLE-2 by western blot. B Huh-7 and SK-Hep-1 cells were infected with lentiviral particles expressing HSPA13 shRNAs and the knockdown efficacy was validated by western blot. C CCK-8 assay was performed to detect the proliferative capacity of control and HSPA13 silenced HCC cells.
