As the Sc content increases, the peak becomes shorter and shifts to higher temperatures. b Steady-state nucleation rate Iss of Ge2Sb2Te5 (homogeneous, abbreviated as Homo.) and ScxSb2Te3 (heterogeneous, abbreviated as Hetero.) with a contact angle θ of 20° taking the size effect into account.
