Correction to: Journal of Antibiotics
https://doi.org/10.1038/ja.2016.60 published online 22 June 2016
The original article listed “BGC-803” as one of the human cancer cell lines used to test the cytotoxicity of xantholipin B and xantholipin in this study. However, it was brought to the attention of the authors and the publisher that the name of the cell line may be an error, due to a lack of publications describing its establishment and its unavailability through the external cell line repository named in the paper. Upon checking, the authors discovered that the correct name of the cell line used was “MGC-803”.
