Plot of the HR for the association between the PRS313 and breast cancer risk based on PRS313 percentiles. The PRS313 percentile groups are 0–10%, 10–20%, 20–40%, 40–60% (reference), 60–80%, 80–90%, 90–100% based on the distribution in unaffected women. The numbers and corresponding effect sizes are shown in Table 1. The solid line represents the continuous distribution based on the per SD effect size of the PRS313.
