From: A functional subset of CD8+ T cells during chronic exhaustion is defined by SIRPĪ± expression
Expansion of cytolytic Friend virus (FV)-specific SIRPĪ±+ CD8+ T cells during programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) blockade. As described in Methods, mice chronically infected with FV were injected every other day with anti-PD-L1 blocking antibody and analyzed the second day following the final injection for the number of dextramer+ CD107a+ (a) and dextramer+ SIRPĪ±+ CD107a+ (b) T cells in the spleen. Bars represent the mean and symbols represents individual mice (nā=ā6ā7) pooled from 2 independent experiments, with statistical differences analyzed by two-way unpaired t tests
