Shown here is a representative size exclusion chromatography (SEC) of the complex. The peak fractions were subjected to SDS-PAGE and blue native (BN)-PAGE and visualized by Coomassie-blue staining. The apparent molecular weight in BN-PAGE contains the surrounding detergent micelles.
