The degree of superheating ΔT = 1.0 °C (i.e., Δϕ = 0.059). Voronoi cells are coloured according to the number of the nearest neighbours: 4-green; 5-blue; 6-black; 7-magenta; 8-yellow. The Burgers circuit in a reveals a full dislocation with the Burgers vector \([1\overline{1}0]/2\) of the lattice constant, which is featured as a 5–7 pair in the Voronoi cells.
