Condition: 0.1 mmol substrate, 0.05 mmol silane, and 5 mol% B(C₆F₅)₃ in 0.6 mL C₆D₆, 110 °C, 8 h. Yields were measured by ¹H NMR using mesitylene as internal standard (isolation yield in parenthesis).
