Wt indicates the wild-type BY4741 yeast strain. vtc2Δ, vtc3Δ, vtc2Δvtc3Δ, vtc1Δ, vtc4Δ indicates BY4741 yeast strain with deletion of vtc2, vtc3, vtc2 and vtc3, vtc1, vtc4 gene, respectively.
