a The deferentially expressed genes (DEGs) were grouped into 13 clusters. Twelve-day-old Arabidopsis seedlings were treated with 5 µM flg22 for the indicated times. Totally 13409 DEGs (log2[fold change, FC] > 1, Padj < 0.05) were grouped via K-means clustering by STEM software. The black number indicates the cluster ID, and the brown number shows the number of genes in each cluster. The gray lines show the dynamic gene expression profile during the 8 h time course of flg22 treatment, and the centroid gene expression profile was plotted by the dark black lines.
