n = 4 biologically independent mice. To evaluate the antigen-specific antibody response, mice were divided into six groups, each consisting of four mice. Each mouse was vaccinated with 10 µg of LNP-encapsulated VGPox 1, VGPox 2, VGPox 3, M1R alone, or A35R alone via intramuscular injection. Blood samples were collected from each mouse on day 7 post-vaccination, and antigen-specific antibodies for A35R (a) and M1R (b) were analyzed using ELISA. All the data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple comparison test. “ns” indicates “not significant”; “*” indicates p < 0.05; “****” indicates p < 0.0001.
