a Leaves of four-week-old Arabidopsis wild-type Col-0, fls2 and efr plants were syringe-infiltrated with 100 nM flg22, 100 nM elf26, or a mock treatment. After five hours, the treated leaves were infiltrated with 5  × 108 cfu/mL of wild-type P. syringae DC3000.
