Genes were considered to be potentially regulated by a LysR transcriptional regulator if a lysR gene was preceding the gene in antisense (top schematic representation). The log2FoldChanges (comparing pOXA-48-carrying to pOXA-48ΔlysR-carrying counterparts) of the genes (represented as gene products) putatively controlled by LysRs are plotted for CF13 (left) and KPN15 (right).
