The red squares outline the brain patterns of the clusters showing a significant decline over time (cl1, cl2, cl4 showed significant increase in UPDRS part III scores, while cl4 exhibited significant decline in MoCA scores). Longitudinal UPDRS part III and MoCA scores were available for the Barcelona UB-Clínic and PPMI cohorts.
