Levels of HA (H5)-specific IgG in the mouse serum samples were analyzed by ELISA. Serum samples from the single dose or prime/boost vaccination with the HAfl-expressing VSVs were collected on days 0 (n = 4), 6 (n = 3 or 4), and 28 (survivors, n = 8) post challenge. Error bars indicate standard deviation. Statistically significant differences are indicated (*p < 0.05).
