Spearman (or Pearson) correlation analysis was conducted to assess the expression relationship using over 1,000 RNA-seq data from various wild-type plant tissues. The house keeping gene ACTIN1 (AT2G37620) serves as a control. Each point in (a) represents expression levels of two indicated genes shown in log10(FPKM) in individual RNA-seq datasets.
