ECC images of ferroelastic domains written at fast-scan rates of 0.1–1.5 Hz (a) and 0.01 Hz (b) in SrRuO3 (001) thin films. The white boxes mark the domains written at different fast-scan rates. Red and yellow dotted arrows indicate the fast and slow scan directions. The tip loading force was fixed at 3.2 μN.
