HeLa cells (a) or SCTI003-A human induced pluripotent stem cells (b) were stained for either the ER-marker protein disulfide isomerase (PDI) (red), or the cis-Golgi marker (GM130), alongside FUT10 (green) and DNA (DAPI, grey). Stained cells were imaged by confocal microscopy and a single slice is shown (n = 4).
