Pseudoviruses were tested against serial dilutions of the testing antibodies. Neutralization activity was defined as the concentration required to achieve 50% reduction in viral infection (IC50) relative to no antibody controls. Results were calculated from at least two independent experiments. One representative curve was displayed.
