a, RNA target validation with smFISH imaging in the inner nuclear layer of retina tissue. Neto1, Vsx2, Grik1, Grm6, and Prkca were imaged with Atto488 dye. Glyt1, Col11a1, Igfn1, Pcdh17, and Prox1 were imaged with Alex-565 dye. Erbb4, Tacr3, Slitrk5, Kcnma1, and Gpr179 were imaged with Alex-647 dye. All the scale bars are 10 µm. At least three independent repeats were performed to validate the results.
