Representative IB image of the overexpressed total tau and phosphorylated tau at Tyr29, or Ser396 by FYN, TYK2, GSK3β, TYK2/GSK3β or TYK2/FYN, respectively (3 independent experiments). The kinases were transiently transfected and expressed for 48 h in HEK293T cells which stably expressed tau441 WT.
