Detoxification- and digestion-related gene families in Therioaphis trifolii. The maximum likelihood phylogeny, based on a concatenated alignment of 2,758 single-copy orthogroups, illustrates the phylogenomic relationship between T. trifolii and other aphids. Numbers in the heatmaps indicate the size of the corresponding gene family in aphid species. Detoxification-related and digestion-related gene families are labeled with a green and blue shade, respectively.The darker shade of color indicates a higher number of identified genes.
