(b) Positions of the centromeres in the assembly, determined by ChIP-Seq with the CENH3-2 antibody. The plots show the mean ChIP/input ratios calculated for 100 kb windows and reveal the positions of CENH3 domains as peaks in the graph (note that some smaller CENH3 domains are not visible at this magnification). The bars on the left represent pseudomolecules with highlighted locations of FabTR-2 satellites (red) and the extent of centromeric regions (grey) defined by the positions of the outermost CENH3 domains.
