FC-TSP approach for the analysis of the human serum albuminome. (A) Flow chart of the approach. After delipidation by centrifugation, the serum was quickly fixed by the FC procedure. The TSP protocol that includes PEG precipitation followed by ethanol precipitation was then used to prepare the albuminome. The obtained fraction was subjected to trypsin digest and the resultant peptides were analysed by LC-MS/MS.
