Differential expression of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) in R. solani AG1IA during infection of various hosts. Seven DEGs of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) were analysed by prediction algorithms using the hierarchical clustering statistic method based on Pearson’s correlation (correlation ≥ 98%) and average linkage. Red indicates a significant increase in gene expression, black indicates no change in expression and green indicates a significant decrease in gene expression (|log2FC| ≥ 1). Colour scale represents log2 fold change values from −3 to 3.
