rhTyrRS (Y341A) promotes NF-κ B pathway activation. 10 nM rhTyrRS (Y341A) or PBS was added to cultured HUVECs, which were stimulated for two hours. The signal for NF-κB in the nucleus (indicative of pathway activation) in the rhTyrRS (Y341A) group was increased, while NF-κB largely remained distributed within the cytoplasm in the PBS group.
