Stimulation of cAMP production by recombinant pINSL3 (●) was compared to synthetic hINSL3 (□) in RXFP2-expressing HEK293 cells. cAMP production was expressed as a percentage of the maximum synthetic hINSL3 response to RXFP2. The values are expressed as the mean ± SEM of three independent experiments performed in triplicate.
