Transport kinetics of OATP1B1 following transient heterologous expression in HEK293T cells conducted for 15 min at varying concentrations of glimepiride and gliclazide (2.5–80 μM). Parameters for saturation kinetics (Vmax and Km) were estimated by nonlinear curve fitting using Prism (GraphPad Software). Data are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 4).
