Embryos were allowed to develop until E18.5 and brain sections were immunostained for GFP and CalR; (A) sagittal sections, (B) coronal sections. CalR-expressing cells (yellow arrows) was distributed along the fornix (arrowheads) labeled by GFP at the caudal region of their putative migratory trajectory. The asterisk indicates the site of electroporation.
