An SEM image analysis is shown with normalized relative roughness, Δr/Δr0, versus dose, n. The normalized relative roughness begins to saturate in the range of n = 7–9. The saturation value of the relative roughness, Δr0, is estimated to be 4.4. The curve of best fit is shown in a dashed line with agreement of R2 = 0.91 with the experimental data.
