The LG (___location-grouping) biplot displaying the correlations between locations in each of the five years (2006 to 2010) (Table 1). No scaling or centering was applied (“Scaling = 0”, “Centering = 0”) before subjecting the correlation table to singular value decomposition so that the biplot approximates the correlation values. The singular values were partitioned entirely to the ___location-year vectors (“SVP = 2”). The rows in Table 1 (trials) are presented in red and as ___location-year combinations. For example, OTT_10 means the trial at Ottawa in 2010. The columns in Table 1 (the locations) are presented in blue. See Table 1 for full ___location names.
