Spearman correlation r values are plotted as a heatmap with the area of each square corresponding to the strength of the correlation. Correlations that reached r > 0.4 and achieved a two-tailed t-test p-value of < 0.05 are shown. The correlation and statistical testing was performed using the rcorr function embedded in the Hmisc R package.
