A sketch of the rim sign in the portal venous phase during CEUS examination. 66.7% of the ICC lesions in our study exhibited a lasting hyperenhanced peripheral rim during the portal venous phase of CEUS. These lesions exhibited washed-out interiors but little decrease in enhancement at the periphery during the portal venous phase, no matter what the enhancement pattern was during the arterial phase. Then a gradual decrease in enhancement occurred during the late phase.
