From: A Biochemiluminescent Sialidase Assay for Diagnosis of Bacterial Vaginosis
Linearity and linear range of the qBV assay. Four replicates of serially diluted bacterial sialidase were mixed with a qBV reagent bead, incubated at room temperature for 5 minutes, and measured for light output. The mean signals from the 4 replicates were plotted against the input sialidase concentrations. See Table 2 for raw data.
