The GC analysis of hydrolytic activity of TTPAgp11 towards maltose. The experiment was performed twice, so two chromatograms are presented. The products of enzymatic reaction are released glucose molecules indicated by the arrows (peaks of α-D-glucose and ÎČ-D-glucose). The retention times of the standards of α-D-glucose and ÎČ-D-glucose were assigned as 8.599âmin and 9.161âmin, respectively.
