From: C22 podovirus infectivity is associated with intermediate stiffness
AFM data of C22 phage stiffness (x-axis) under different conditions of buffer pH and ionic strength combined with data of phage titer after storage for 182 day (y-axis). The stiffness values are extracted from Gaussian distributions (Fig. 3) containing 332 data points in total, and the titer values are calculated from 243 data points in total. The stiffness error bars represent the standard error, and the titer error bars represent the standard deviation.
