From: Gfi1 upregulates c-Myc expression and promotes c-Myc-driven cell proliferation
Gfi1 upregulates endogenous c-Myc at mRNA and protein levels. BaF/Gfi1 (A) and Ramos/Gfi1 (B) cells were untreated (Ctr) or treated with Dox for 24 h prior to evaluation of the expression of c-Myc protein by immunoblotting (upper panels) and mRNA by qRT-PCR (lower panels).
